Water Tower Research Initiates Coverage, Highlighting Significant AUD Market and Valuation Opportunity
LONDON – 13 July 2026 – Solvonis Therapeutics plc (LSE: SVNS), a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel small-molecule therapeutics for high-burden central nervous system (“CNS”) disorders, announces that US-based Water Tower Research LLC (“WTR”) has initiated research coverage of the Company.
The report, entitled “SVNS: Pursuing Acute Intervention Rather Than Chronic Treatment of High-Burden CNS Conditions”, provides investors with a US capital-markets perspective on Solvonis’ clinical-stage programmes, addressable markets and valuation relative to relevant publicly traded addiction and advanced-stage CNS companies.
WTR highlights the valuation opportunity presented by Solvonis’ current market capitalisation relative to relevant peer companies. At the time of publication, WTR recorded Solvonis’ market value at approximately US$15 million and benchmarked the Company against:

Solvonis is currently advancing a Phase 3 programme, a US-focused clinical-stage programme preparing for Phase 2b development and a proprietary CNS discovery pipeline.
WTR also highlights the scale of the Alcohol Use Disorder (“AUD”) opportunity addressed by Solvonis, including:
approximately 27.9 million people aged 12 and over with AUD in the United States;
an estimated 11–12 million people with moderate-to-severe AUD in the US target market for SVN-002;
an estimated 13 million people with severe AUD across the UK and selected European markets addressed by SVN-001; and
an economic burden measured in the hundreds of billions of dollars across the Company’s principal target markets.
The report positions Solvonis within the US CNS investment universe and identifies progression of SVN-002 towards a US Phase 2b trial, increased engagement with US capital markets and broader access to US investors, and the future SVN-001 Phase 3 readout as important potential value inflection points.
